If a return is approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Card, etc.).
In case of cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be sent via mobile wallet or bank transfer.
You may choose a replacement instead of a refund if the same product is in stock.
