  3. Our team will arrange a pickup or ask you to send the item to a provided address.

  4. Once verified, we will approve the return or offer a replacement.


Refund Policy:

  • If a return is approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Card, etc.).

  • In case of cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be sent via mobile wallet or bank transfer.


Replacement Policy:

  • You may choose a replacement instead of a refund if the same product is in stock.

  • We will ship the replacement at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable items that have been opened or used

  • Products returned after the 3-day window

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
